The Instablog.Com website administration today stated on my blog account, I am no longer authorized to submit articles for some unknown reason. I surmise the reason may be I’m submitting too many articles at once. Hence, I opened an additional account just so I could post this follow up comment on my previously written article entitled, Comparing West Milford Detectives in New Jersey to the Treatment Received By Karadzic and Mladic in Serbia.
Please read it.
It is an extremely important legal case I am submitting to the Hague Court in the Netherlands as an individual complainant from here in the United States of America. I hope it will set an international precedent even in America people are abused by government officers.
I am fully convinced after almost a decade of asking the legal governmental authorities at local, state and federal levels here in the United States of America to arrest and try Detective Harry Shortway and his Sgt. Laughlin in a court of law in America for attempting to murder me and moreover physically and emotionally torturing me and my family in 1990/1991,
it is clear,
the United States of America is either unwilling OR incapable of taking the bold moral measures to arrest Harry Shortway and associates giving him a fair trial here in America similarly to what American diplomats such as Hillary Clinton accuse Serbia of not submitting General Mladic to the Hague for trial.
Hypocritical America, don’t you agree (?)
This makes a mockery of genuine ideals insofar as human rights in America while manifesting extremely gross violations of human rights against me as well as attempted genocide committed against me by Harry Shortway (on account of allegedly wanting to kill me because I derive from a Jewish family background and was then married to a black on account of his fascist affiliations with the National Alliance KKK group). These crimes against me occurred only thirty minutes away from the United Nations Security Council in Manhattan; I, Jill Starr am an American citizen and previously wrote the UN about this in the early 1990s.
All together now let’s remember the crime of ‘genocide’ in and of itself, can be the attempt to kill one OR thousands of members of any ethnic, religious group.

As an after thought on my book. I doubt very much that I met Mr. Mladic on a ”baor restaurant.” There was no one else present having dinner.
It as more like a living and/or conference setting and seems to me now to be more like a private yacht. I have never really been on one before but it reminded me of photos I’ve seen of the interior of Onassis’s yachts.

After these things happened, I spent years involved in sociological research at William Paterson College on what makes "cops go bad," with former intelligence agent Clyde Magarelli.

Shortway also admitted to my ex husbands entire family that when he responded to a police report that my ex husbands car windshield was smashed in West Milford on Yawl Avenue, Shortway admitted receiving a telephone call immediately prior from Magarelli stating that 'Jill did it is she is jail yet.." Her very name means "She Who Destroys the Light."
SEEING THE UNSEEN, LEARNING THE UNKNOWN
Her historical name is Persephone. She stands atop the United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. The act of standing upon property is an aggressive legal demonstration. Your lawyer will tell you that standing upon a thing is an ultimate proof of ownership in adverse possession. Persephone, with the ancient pagan heritage she embodies, quite literally….owns the entire facility she crowns. The United States Congress belongs to her. But how did Persephone (officials gave her the name Freedom) achieve her place of honor over Washington? Who put her there? When? Under what circumstances? What is the theological history of this “only authorized Symbol of American heritage?” What is her future?
Persephone was the Graeco-roman goddess of the psyche or soul. She was abducted by Saturn’s son Hades, who enthroned her as queen-consort of his dominion, the underworld. Significantly, Persephone was distinguished by fifth-century Athenian scholastics for her... immaculate conception.
In 1854, Pope Pius IX issued an encyclical defining Immaculate Conception, an unbiblical scenario which holds that the Virgin Mary, like her son (and like Persephone) was “preserved free from all stain of original sin in the first instant of her conception.” Within days, federal legislators in Washington became obsessed with expanding the Capitol dome. According to one official publication, “Never before or since has an addition to the Capitol been so eagerly embraced by Congress.” Legislation was hastily passed which incorporated the new papal doctrine into the new dome’s cupola. A week later, the “immaculately-conceived” goddess Persephone was ordained to surmount the legislative center of the United States. Persephone was sculpted in Rome and installed atop the Capitol on the 47th anniversary of the death of America’s first Roman Catholic bishop, John Carroll. The event was heralded by 47 gunshots, thirty-five from a field battery on Capitol Hill, twelve from the surrounding forts.
The Capitol, incidentally, is erected on property owned by Bishop Carroll’s family. In the 1663 Maryland records, the exact site was recorded under the title “Rome,” its owner a man named “Pope.”
Roman Catholicism is a universal secular government domiciled at the Vatican City State in Rome. Its sovereign, the Pope, is an absolute ruler who is deemed infallible. In the political context, the Roman Catholic Church has been determined by the United States District courts to be a foreign State (U.S. court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, case No. 85-1309).
The Roman Catholic Church State, if it may so be called, requires universal obedience to the decrees of its omnipotent pope and his various councils. Vatican Council II’s Constitutions on the Church (1964) requires secular officials, “whoever they are, to expend all their energy for the growth of the church ad its continuous sanctification.” Are the American people being ruled by a foreign sovereign for whom the United States is a useful tool in his management of world order? Can what is lost be found?
Many of you who have studied early American history know that Maryland was a Roman Catholic colony, named for the Virgin Mary. It was founded by Lord Baltimore, Celilius Calvert, whose father, George, had been converted to Catholicism in 1625, about the time that King Charles I came to the throne in England. Charles was the son of James I, under whose direction the King James Bible was published. Anyway, George Calvert was the Secretary of the State to Charles I. When he converted to Catholicism, he resigned his position, because of difficulty in serving a Protestant King. But Charles himself married a Roman Catholic princess, Henrietta Marie, sister of Louis XIII of France. He also promoted to the highest levels in the Church of England men who were sympathetic to the Roman Catholic rituals and traditions—which greatly disturbed the Puritans and Calvinists. Charles’ pro-catholic policies came to a head in November 1641 when Irish Catholics massacred thousands of Ulster Protestants, and Charles somehow had to defend the Protestants. Many did not trust Charles, asking how Charles could be trusted to protect Protestants when he had a Catholic wife and had promoted seemingly pro-Catholic clergy? This actually led to the English revolution, where Charles was deposed and beheaded, and the monarchy abolished for some years.
The point is that George Calvert was Charles’ Secretary of State, and he converted to Catholicism. He resigned, but because Charles I needed money, he gave him territory in the New World, carved out of Virginia, hoping it would generate revenue. George Calvert died before he could develop his grant, but his son, Cecilius Calvert, did so. On November 22, 1633, he sailed for the New World with two ships, the Ark and the Dove. The Passenger list included three Jesuits, 16-20 Roman Catholic gentlemen (including Cecilius’ brother Leonard), and several hundred Protestant slaves and laborers. The voyage was spiritually directed by a Jesuit priest named Andrew White, remembered today as the “Apostle to Maryland.” Today, the “White House” is named after him.
The Calverts’ personal property was called Rock Creek Farm, but in the 1663 property records, it is called “Rome,” and the branch of the Potomac River is called the “Tiber.” This information was written in the 1902 edition of the Catholic Encyclopedia under the article on John Carroll. The information was deleted in the 1967 edition to keep the public from knowing that Washington, D.C., which was carved out of Maryland, was built on property whose title deeds show that it was either owned by Rome or dedicated to their use.
The layout for Washington, D.C., was under the task of a French engineer named Pierre-Charles L’Enfant. He got the job at the suggestion of John Carroll, who under the Catholic Encyclopedia so helpfully told us that the District of Columbia was the property of Rome. L-Enfant laid out the main city streets in the shape of an upside down five –pointed star of Baphomet, the satanic symbol of the goat. The White House, of course, marked the place of the goat’s mouth. The two ears on the sides were marked by Mt. Vernon Place and Washington Circle. The horns were marked by Logan Circle and Dupont Circle.
When L’Enfant numbered the city blocks, the series runs from Q Street North through the Capitol grounds down to the mouth of James Creek. All the numbers between 600 and 900 are assigned to blocks within this area—except for the number 666 which is missing. It must have been given to the only section of blocks in the 600 series—the Capitol grounds. Of course, the prehistoric name for Rome was STUR (from Satyr, short for Saturnia, or Saturn). In the ancient Chaldee language, which used its letters for numbers, S=60; T=400; U=6; R=200, for a total of 666.
A half century later, on December 8, 1584 Pope Pius IX declared the Ineffabilis Deus, the decree defining the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. It declared that Mary was conceived free of original sin and remained so throughout her life. Within days, the U.S. Congress enthusiastically rushed to put an addition on the top of the Capitol building as “the only authorized Symbol of American Heritage.” It turned out to be a statute of Persephone, one of the Roman goddesses, whose statutes in the 4th century A.D. were taken over by the Church and renamed the “Virgin Mary.” Few realize that Proclus, head of the Platonic Academy in Athens in the 5th century, described Persephone as having an Immaculate Conception. She was often known as Libera (“Liberty”), so the sculptor called his statue over the U.S. Capitol, “Freedom.”
She stands 19 Feet 6 inches, which works out to be 6+6+6 feet, and 6+6+6 inches. Persephone was placed on the Dome of the Capitol on December 2, 1863 in the middle of the Civil War. The event was marked by a salute of 47 gunshots as a tribute to John Carroll, the Jesuit bishop who had put Washington D.C. under Mary’s protection. John Carroll had died 47 years earlier on December 3, 1816. The statue of Persephone (or Mary) was placed on the Dome 47 years after John Carroll’s last day on earth.
Present Lincoln did not attend the ceremony, claiming that he had “a fever.” He was well aware of what was going on, but could do nothing to stop it. Meanwhile, Constantino Btumidi had arrived from work to do the artwork for the Dome of the Capitol. He painted what is called the “Apotheosis of Washington.” That means “the deification of George Washington.” According to Webster’s Dictionary, Apotheosis means “the act of placing a prince or other distinguished person among the heathen deities.” Between the deified Washington and the earth flies the Virgin pursuing “evildoers” with the Roman Eagle at her side. Her position between heaven and earth was meant to identify her as the Mediatrix, the most prominent role of the Roman goddess, Minerva (or Venus). The eagle at her side is the mascot of Jupiter, the ruling god of Rome. It represents Roman justice.
In fact, the motto of our Justice Department is Qui Pro Domina Justita Sequitur, “He who follows the Goddess Justica.” Persephone, or Minerva, or Venus (different names for the same goddess), when judging the dead in Hades, was called “Justica.” The Justice Department’s motto encircles the eagle, of course, who was said to follow Justicia.
Other details of this painting are too many to describe here, but when we focus upon the one young man in the painting who is called “Young America,” we will see the real point of our entire discussion.
Young America wears a little cap known as a “Phrygian cap.” Phrygia was a district in Pergamum, or Pergamos, which Revelation 2:13 calls “Satan’s seat.” Phrygian caps were given to freed slaves to show the world their liberated status. However, Roman law stated that this freedom could be revoked at any time for any cause. In other words, their liberty was given as a privilege, not as an inherent right.
The most significant fact of all comes when we look at the famous Black Obelisk of Shalmanezer, King of Assyria, which stands today in the British Museum. It depicts King Jehu of Israel kneeling before the king of Assyria, paying tribute. In fact, this is the only ancient monument that portrays art wise a character in the bible that was alive at the time of the portrait. Jehu is pictured wearing a Phrygian Cap in order to show that he is free only because the king of Assyria has given him the privilege of freedom in exchange for tribute.
Jehu, you recall, is the one who fulfilled the prophetic word of Elijah that Ahab’s next generation would be killed and would cease to rule Israel. This prophecy was given after Ahab and Jezebel killed Naboth (and his sons) and stole his vineyard. Jehu also destroyed Baal worship out of Israel (2Kings 10:28). But he failed to destroy or overthrow the golden calves (vs. 29). In fact, his destruction of Baal worship simply eliminated a denominational competitor for the religious devotion of the Israelites. The destruction of Baal worship merely solidified the golden calf as the national religion of Israel.
As we have already mentioned, on January 29, 2001, we were led to issue a divine decree to overthrow the golden calf. We did so with little actual knowledge of what this signified in the world. I did not learn more about this until President’s Day, February 19th. Somehow that seems appropriate. If you have a Strong’s Concordance, look up the world translated “calf.” It is number 5695 in Strong’s. It is the Hebrew word Egel, pronounced essentially, EAGLE. In the eyes of the people who decided to use the “American Eagle” as their national symbol, it was really the concept behind the Roman Eagle they were borrowing, and they made it palatable to the American public. But the real power brokers behind the scenes were well versed in the Cabalah, the mystical Jewish writings, and in their way of thinking the eagle was identified with, the golden calf, the “egel.”
Hence, America was ruled by the golden calf from its inception to its overthrow January 29th. Of course, at this time the overthrow has been done in the spiritual dimension only. I have no idea when it will manifest in the world. We do know, however, that the golden calf was the lawful basis for the Prince of Persia’s petition to enter America. We had to remove those lawful grounds January 29th in order to deny him the right to enter this country.

A few years ago during an incident becoming seemingly common place in my life happening so often now. The local Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Department again had forced me physically into a psychiatric Hospital again; this time Chilton Hospital in Paquannock, NJ, USA.
I was in the emergency room once again, for seemingly no reason whatsoever after making another attempt reporting an incident for investigation to the local Bloomingdale, NJ Police mentioning issues effecting the entire world.
Anyway, this time Chilton Hospital forced me into a place called Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. They had me on medications dropping my blood pressure to 82 over 67 (i almost died). They continued to force me to take this medication for at least three weeks in which time they refused to release me.
I was not released for almost one month after arguing with the staff that there was nothing at all wrong with me. Each day my two regular psychiatrists called Ramapo Ridge Mental Hospital trying to get released. They refused and Ramapo Ridge told me I had to stand before a judge and court located in the bottom floor of the building to be released.
After three weeks I had to go downstairs and I actually stood before what seemed to be a “war crimes tribunal,” in lower level of the Ramapo Ridge .
I stood before a judge wearing a regular judicial long black robe and a line of attorney’s beseeching my release from the hospital.
I dont know to this day what this experience was about; i dread to tell you. Secret types of military tribunals right here operating in the USA by the CIA (?) Inquiring minds demand answers. I will also add that now I am scared beyond belief to go to the emergency room at Chilton Hospital in Pomtpon Plains NJ. WHY (?)

I can never get nondiscriminatory emergency medical care at Chilton hospital without the hospital itself insisting that I am just being ”paranoid.” And they always call my psychiatrist whenever I go to their hospital even for the flu!
This has led to Arnold Stark my former professor advising me to always go to St Joseph’s Hospital in Wayne NJ instead which I do n ow.

When I refused to take the continuous lines of medications at Ramapo Ridge facility I knew that I was extemely allergic to they told me I needed an ”Attitude adjustment.”
This is when they took me into a solitary confinement room and put my arms and legs in straps on a horrible bed.
The injected me with the medication they told me I was ”going to get one way or another.”
For about 4-6 hours (it is difficult to kow I was drugged) the facility would not allow me a bedpan or to get up to the bathroom and told me to crap and piss all over msyelf and I could take a shower when my ”attitude is right.”
AFter I calmed down because I had no recourse, I was allowed to take a shower they bossed me around saying ”Go shower now Jill!”

The first time Chilton sent me via ambulance to the Ramapo Ridge facility, the ambulance from Chilton dropped me off. The Ramapo Ridge facility gave me a urine test as soon as I arrived at the detention facility in Wykoff NJ USA.
The test was positive for a result because Ramapo Ridge sent me all the way back to Chilton by way of another ambulance at 3Am in the morning.
The Head Nurse told me “Jill you have to go back to Chilton Hospital because we have to wait for your urine test to clear from something or the other...) to the best of my memory which is VERY good as we know is a proven fact.
I was sent back to Chilton Hospital from Ramapo Ridge at about 3 am in the morning until a urine test that Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains NJ said that I was able to be transported back to Ramapo Ridge.
It must have been close to 4-5:30 am almost dawn when this occurred to me.
I will continue to release proof and details until the United States of America grants both Serbia and myself immediate monetary settlements for our troubles.
Serbia and Bonsia and Montenegro are due moneys because of illegal bombing of their countries and I am owed a sizable financial settlement as stated.
I ask President Obama to immediately work out an out of international court settlement at once before the news reports it right with MY TRANSLATION!

And again, both Ramapo Ridge and Chilton in Pompton Plains NJ both allowed former doctor Charlotte Piuck, my former psychiatrist whose license taken away by the New Jersey branch of American Medical Association, consult with Ramapo Ridge and Chilton doctors whom were licensed and they agrered with her behind the meddical desk to continue giuving me medications they all knew I had long hostories of being allergic to.

It is an extremely important legal case I am submitting to the Hague Court in the Netherlands as an individual complainant from here in the United States of America. I hope it will set an international precedent even in America people are abused by government officers.
I am fully convinced after almost a decade of asking the legal governmental authorities at local, state and federal levels here in the United States of America to arrest and try Detective Harry Shortway and his Sgt. Laughlin in a court of law in America for attempting to murder me and moreover physically and emotionally torturing me and my family in 1990/1991,
it is clear,
the United States of America is either unwilling OR incapable of taking the bold moral measures to arrest Harry Shortway and associates giving him a fair trial here in America similarly to what American diplomats such as Hillary Clinton accuse Serbia of not submitting General Mladic to the Hague for trial.
Hypocritical America, don’t you agree (?)
This makes a mockery of genuine ideals insofar as human rights in America while manifesting extremely gross violations of human rights against me as well as attempted genocide committed against me by Harry Shortway (on account of allegedly wanting to kill me because I derive from a Jewish family background and was then married to a black on account of his fascist affiliations with the National Alliance KKK group). These crimes against me occurred only thirty minutes away from the United Nations Security Council in Manhattan; I, Jill Starr am an American citizen and previously wrote the UN about this in the early 1990s.
All together now let’s remember the crime of ‘genocide’ in and of itself, can be the attempt to kill one OR thousands of members of any ethnic, religious group.

A few years ago during an incident becoming seemingly common place in my life happening so often now. The local Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Department again had forced me physically into a psychiatric Hospital again; this time Chilton Hospital in Paquannock, NJ, USA.
I was in the emergency room once again, for seemingly no reason whatsoever after making another attempt reporting an incident for investigation to the local Bloomingdale, NJ Police mentioning issues effecting the entire world.
Anyway, this time Chilton Hospital forced me into a place called Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. They had me on medications dropping my blood pressure to 82 over 67 (i almost died). They continued to force me to take this medication for at least three weeks in which time they refused to release me.
I was not released for almost one month after arguing with the staff that there was nothing at all wrong with me. Each day my two regular psychiatrists called Ramapo Ridge Mental Hospital trying to get released. They refused and Ramapo Ridge told me I had to stand before a judge and court located in the bottom floor of the building to be released.
After three weeks I had to go downstairs and I actually stood before what seemed to be a “war crimes tribunal,” in lower level of the Ramapo Ridge .
I stood before a judge wearing a regular judicial long black robe and a line of attorney’s beseeching my release from the hospital.
I dont know to this day what this experience was about; i dread to tell you. Secret types of military tribunals right here operating in the USA by the CIA (?) Inquiring minds demand answers. I will also add that now I am scared beyond belief to go to the emergency room at Chilton Hospital in Pomtpon Plains NJ. WHY (?)

when I am physically ill with the flu or something, I notice when I go to the Chilton Hospital emergency room, instead of taking my injury seriously, the doctors just ask me if I want to go into the psychiatric section upstairs, strongly suggesting I am being ”paranoid.” Instead of offering me good medical care.
I can never get nondiscriminatory emergency medical care at Chilton hospital without the hospital itself insisting that I am just being ”paranoid.” And they always call my psychiatrist whenever I go to their hospital even for the flu!
This has led to Arnold Stark my former professor advising me to always go to St Joseph’s Hospital in Wayne NJ instead which I do n ow.

He looked like one of my father’s former associates from way back in the day (I won’t say who now).

When I refused to take the continuous lines of medications at Ramapo Ridge facility I knew that I was extemely allergic to they told me I needed an ”Attitude adjustment.”
This is when they took me into a solitary confinement room and put my arms and legs in straps on a horrible bed.
The injected me with the medication they told me I was ”going to get one way or another.”

Ramapo Ridge Sends Me Back To Chilton Hospital After My First Ambulatory Arrival And Drug Urine Test Fails
The first time Chilton sent me via ambulance to the Ramapo Ridge facility, the ambulance from Chilton dropped me off. The Ramapo Ridge facility gave me a urine test as soon as I arrived at the detention facility in Wykoff NJ USA.
The test was positive for a result because Ramapo Ridge sent me all the way back to Chilton by way of another ambulance at 3Am in the morning.
The Head Nurse told me “Jill you have to go back to Chilton Hospital because we have to wait for your urine test to clear from something or the other...) to the best of my memory which is VERY good as we know is a proven fact.
I was sent back to Chilton Hospital from Ramapo Ridge at about 3 am in the morning until a urine test that Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains NJ said that I was able to be transported back to Ramapo Ridge.
It must have been close to 4-5:30 am almost dawn when this occurred to me.
I will continue to release proof and details until the United States of America grants both Serbia and myself immediate monetary settlements for our troubles.
Serbia and Bonsia and Montenegro are due moneys because of illegal bombing of their countries and I am owed a sizable financial settlement as stated.
I ask President Obama to immediately work out an out of international court settlement at once before the news reports it right with MY TRANSLATION!

I remember in my drugged state rambling about Osama bin Laden and some others things they were trying to force out of me about war crimes in Serbia and Bosnia. I almost died from the low blood pressures these drugs produced in me and I have Arnold Stark with me when they took my blood pressure and it was only like 62/90 (!) Arnold said “She could die!” to the facility doctors but they only forced me to take more medicines.

Bloomingdale Police arrested me under the pretense for “drugs,” but they searched illegally way outside the legal limits of their “search warrant” signed by local Judge Cluff (also serving in West Milford NJ and he knows Harry Shortway)...The search warrant itself never manifested any particular place in my home where I had drugs and/or not explicit what types of any drugs if any the local Bloomingdale NJ Police were looking for in my house and at what location in my house itself.
It was like I was served with a “Patriot Act Warrant” ANYTHING WAS LEGAL FOR THEM TO DO TO ME!

Legal scholars around the world are not asking why Radovan Karadzic cannot be granted enough time by the Hague’s Int’l Criminal Court to read his own transcripts for his own defense, and, have his legal briefs translated before his arraignments (?) so he can defend himself in the Hague’s highest court.

It is an extremely important legal case I am submitting to the Hague Court in the Netherlands as an individual complainant from here in the United States of America. I hope it will set an international precedent even in America people are abused by government officers.
I am fully convinced after almost a decade of asking the legal governmental authorities at local, state and federal levels here in the United States of America to arrest and try Detective Harry Shortway and his Sgt. Laughlin in a court of law in America for attempting to murder me and moreover physically and emotionally torturing me and my family in 1990/1991,
it is clear,
the United States of America is either unwilling OR incapable of taking the bold moral measures to arrest Harry Shortway and associates giving him a fair trial here in America similarly to what American diplomats such as Hillary Clinton accuse Serbia of not submitting General Mladic to the Hague for trial.
Hypocritical America, don’t you agree (?)
This makes a mockery of genuine ideals insofar as human rights in America while manifesting extremely gross violations of human rights against me as well as attempted genocide committed against me by Harry Shortway (on account of allegedly wanting to kill me because I derive from a Jewish family background and was then married to a black on account of his fascist affiliations with the National Alliance KKK group). These crimes against me occurred only thirty minutes away from the United Nations Security Council in Manhattan; I, Jill Starr am an American citizen and previously wrote the UN about this in the early 1990s.

Although it may sound foreign to many here in America, I would feel safer having the Serbian Army as my bodyguards here at my house in Bloomingdale, NJ where I rent a small apartment to protect me from the local townships’ corrupt law enforcement officials and if I had teh finances I hire a few. After these things happened, I spent years involved in sociological research at William Paterson College on what makes "cops go bad," with former intelligence agent Clyde Magarelli.
I wrote several papers on Harry Shortway and why these things happened. I conclude that in America, after Vietnam there was a rush to accept former Vietnam Vets into the civilian United States Police structure without proper debriefing.

Shortway also admitted to my ex husbands entire family that when he responded to a police report that my ex husbands car windshield was smashed in West Milford on Yawl Avenue, Shortway admitted receiving a telephone call immediately prior from Magarelli stating that 'Jill did it is she is jail yet.." Shortway told my ex husband that Magarelli orchastrated that incident to "put JIll away."

I think the exact words Magarelli told Shortway was that "Here is what Jill wrote let's work together to get rid of Jill together being all Italian types and all... Clyde was upset because he lied to me for years about not being involved with any woman and I had argued with him after finding out he was nearly engaged and living with another William Paterson Professor who also (Dolores) met with my ex husband's family over at a diner in Wet Milford confirming the obvious.

I have already posted blog posts about this. The National Alliance posted these signs outside the post office in Hewitt NJ. I read them and investigated years ago by dialing their telephone number which when called connected to a Southern US answering machine asking for membership and money saying in no uncertain terms that in NJ police and powerful elected official ought to use their power and influence to rid the world of Jews, Blacks and Russians in particular using any means at their disposal.
When I asked my father years ago why I was almost killed (set up ) by Shortway (Detective) he told me it had to do with race and my family being of Jewish decent.

United States, Hades, and Persephone
Her very name means "She Who Destroys the Light."
SEEING THE UNSEEN, LEARNING THE UNKNOWN
Her historical name is Persephone. She stands atop the United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. The act of standing upon property is an aggressive legal demonstration. Your lawyer will tell you that standing upon a thing is an ultimate proof of ownership in adverse possession. Persephone, with the ancient pagan heritage she embodies, quite literally….owns the entire facility she crowns. The United States Congress belongs to her. But how did Persephone (officials gave her the name Freedom) achieve her place of honor over Washington? Who put her there? When? Under what circumstances? What is the theological history of this “only authorized Symbol of American heritage?” What is her future?
Persephone was the Graeco-roman goddess of the psyche or soul. She was abducted by Saturn’s son Hades, who enthroned her as queen-consort of his dominion, the underworld. Significantly, Persephone was distinguished by fifth-century Athenian scholastics for her... immaculate conception.
In 1854, Pope Pius IX issued an encyclical defining Immaculate Conception, an unbiblical scenario which holds that the Virgin Mary, like her son (and like Persephone) was “preserved free from all stain of original sin in the first instant of her conception.” Within days, federal legislators in Washington became obsessed with expanding the Capitol dome. According to one official publication, “Never before or since has an addition to the Capitol been so eagerly embraced by Congress.” Legislation was hastily passed which incorporated the new papal doctrine into the new dome’s cupola. A week later, the “immaculately-conceived” goddess Persephone was ordained to surmount the legislative center of the United States. Persephone was sculpted in Rome and installed atop the Capitol on the 47th anniversary of the death of America’s first Roman Catholic bishop, John Carroll. The event was heralded by 47 gunshots, thirty-five from a field battery on Capitol Hill, twelve from the surrounding forts.
The Capitol, incidentally, is erected on property owned by Bishop Carroll’s family. In the 1663 Maryland records, the exact site was recorded under the title “Rome,” its owner a man named “Pope.”
Roman Catholicism is a universal secular government domiciled at the Vatican City State in Rome. Its sovereign, the Pope, is an absolute ruler who is deemed infallible. In the political context, the Roman Catholic Church has been determined by the United States District courts to be a foreign State (U.S. court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, case No. 85-1309).
The Roman Catholic Church State, if it may so be called, requires universal obedience to the decrees of its omnipotent pope and his various councils. Vatican Council II’s Constitutions on the Church (1964) requires secular officials, “whoever they are, to expend all their energy for the growth of the church ad its continuous sanctification.” Are the American people being ruled by a foreign sovereign for whom the United States is a useful tool in his management of world order? Can what is lost be found?
Many of you who have studied early American history know that Maryland was a Roman Catholic colony, named for the Virgin Mary. It was founded by Lord Baltimore, Celilius Calvert, whose father, George, had been converted to Catholicism in 1625, about the time that King Charles I came to the throne in England. Charles was the son of James I, under whose direction the King James Bible was published. Anyway, George Calvert was the Secretary of the State to Charles I. When he converted to Catholicism, he resigned his position, because of difficulty in serving a Protestant King. But Charles himself married a Roman Catholic princess, Henrietta Marie, sister of Louis XIII of France. He also promoted to the highest levels in the Church of England men who were sympathetic to the Roman Catholic rituals and traditions—which greatly disturbed the Puritans and Calvinists. Charles’ pro-catholic policies came to a head in November 1641 when Irish Catholics massacred thousands of Ulster Protestants, and Charles somehow had to defend the Protestants. Many did not trust Charles, asking how Charles could be trusted to protect Protestants when he had a Catholic wife and had promoted seemingly pro-Catholic clergy? This actually led to the English revolution, where Charles was deposed and beheaded, and the monarchy abolished for some years.
The point is that George Calvert was Charles’ Secretary of State, and he converted to Catholicism. He resigned, but because Charles I needed money, he gave him territory in the New World, carved out of Virginia, hoping it would generate revenue. George Calvert died before he could develop his grant, but his son, Cecilius Calvert, did so. On November 22, 1633, he sailed for the New World with two ships, the Ark and the Dove. The Passenger list included three Jesuits, 16-20 Roman Catholic gentlemen (including Cecilius’ brother Leonard), and several hundred Protestant slaves and laborers. The voyage was spiritually directed by a Jesuit priest named Andrew White, remembered today as the “Apostle to Maryland.” Today, the “White House” is named after him.
The Calverts’ personal property was called Rock Creek Farm, but in the 1663 property records, it is called “Rome,” and the branch of the Potomac River is called the “Tiber.” This information was written in the 1902 edition of the Catholic Encyclopedia under the article on John Carroll. The information was deleted in the 1967 edition to keep the public from knowing that Washington, D.C., which was carved out of Maryland, was built on property whose title deeds show that it was either owned by Rome or dedicated to their use.
The layout for Washington, D.C., was under the task of a French engineer named Pierre-Charles L’Enfant. He got the job at the suggestion of John Carroll, who under the Catholic Encyclopedia so helpfully told us that the District of Columbia was the property of Rome. L-Enfant laid out the main city streets in the shape of an upside down five –pointed star of Baphomet, the satanic symbol of the goat. The White House, of course, marked the place of the goat’s mouth. The two ears on the sides were marked by Mt. Vernon Place and Washington Circle. The horns were marked by Logan Circle and Dupont Circle.
When L’Enfant numbered the city blocks, the series runs from Q Street North through the Capitol grounds down to the mouth of James Creek. All the numbers between 600 and 900 are assigned to blocks within this area—except for the number 666 which is missing. It must have been given to the only section of blocks in the 600 series—the Capitol grounds. Of course, the prehistoric name for Rome was STUR (from Satyr, short for Saturnia, or Saturn). In the ancient Chaldee language, which used its letters for numbers, S=60; T=400; U=6; R=200, for a total of 666.
A half century later, on December 8, 1584 Pope Pius IX declared the Ineffabilis Deus, the decree defining the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. It declared that Mary was conceived free of original sin and remained so throughout her life. Within days, the U.S. Congress enthusiastically rushed to put an addition on the top of the Capitol building as “the only authorized Symbol of American Heritage.” It turned out to be a statute of Persephone, one of the Roman goddesses, whose statutes in the 4th century A.D. were taken over by the Church and renamed the “Virgin Mary.” Few realize that Proclus, head of the Platonic Academy in Athens in the 5th century, described Persephone as having an Immaculate Conception. She was often known as Libera (“Liberty”), so the sculptor called his statue over the U.S. Capitol, “Freedom.”
She stands 19 Feet 6 inches, which works out to be 6+6+6 feet, and 6+6+6 inches. Persephone was placed on the Dome of the Capitol on December 2, 1863 in the middle of the Civil War. The event was marked by a salute of 47 gunshots as a tribute to John Carroll, the Jesuit bishop who had put Washington D.C. under Mary’s protection. John Carroll had died 47 years earlier on December 3, 1816. The statue of Persephone (or Mary) was placed on the Dome 47 years after John Carroll’s last day on earth.
Present Lincoln did not attend the ceremony, claiming that he had “a fever.” He was well aware of what was going on, but could do nothing to stop it. Meanwhile, Constantino Btumidi had arrived from work to do the artwork for the Dome of the Capitol. He painted what is called the “Apotheosis of Washington.” That means “the deification of George Washington.” According to Webster’s Dictionary, Apotheosis means “the act of placing a prince or other distinguished person among the heathen deities.” Between the deified Washington and the earth flies the Virgin pursuing “evildoers” with the Roman Eagle at her side. Her position between heaven and earth was meant to identify her as the Mediatrix, the most prominent role of the Roman goddess, Minerva (or Venus). The eagle at her side is the mascot of Jupiter, the ruling god of Rome. It represents Roman justice.
In fact, the motto of our Justice Department is Qui Pro Domina Justita Sequitur, “He who follows the Goddess Justica.” Persephone, or Minerva, or Venus (different names for the same goddess), when judging the dead in Hades, was called “Justica.” The Justice Department’s motto encircles the eagle, of course, who was said to follow Justicia.
Other details of this painting are too many to describe here, but when we focus upon the one young man in the painting who is called “Young America,” we will see the real point of our entire discussion.
Young America wears a little cap known as a “Phrygian cap.” Phrygia was a district in Pergamum, or Pergamos, which Revelation 2:13 calls “Satan’s seat.” Phrygian caps were given to freed slaves to show the world their liberated status. However, Roman law stated that this freedom could be revoked at any time for any cause. In other words, their liberty was given as a privilege, not as an inherent right.
The most significant fact of all comes when we look at the famous Black Obelisk of Shalmanezer, King of Assyria, which stands today in the British Museum. It depicts King Jehu of Israel kneeling before the king of Assyria, paying tribute. In fact, this is the only ancient monument that portrays art wise a character in the bible that was alive at the time of the portrait. Jehu is pictured wearing a Phrygian Cap in order to show that he is free only because the king of Assyria has given him the privilege of freedom in exchange for tribute.
Jehu, you recall, is the one who fulfilled the prophetic word of Elijah that Ahab’s next generation would be killed and would cease to rule Israel. This prophecy was given after Ahab and Jezebel killed Naboth (and his sons) and stole his vineyard. Jehu also destroyed Baal worship out of Israel (2Kings 10:28). But he failed to destroy or overthrow the golden calves (vs. 29). In fact, his destruction of Baal worship simply eliminated a denominational competitor for the religious devotion of the Israelites. The destruction of Baal worship merely solidified the golden calf as the national religion of Israel.
As we have already mentioned, on January 29, 2001, we were led to issue a divine decree to overthrow the golden calf. We did so with little actual knowledge of what this signified in the world. I did not learn more about this until President’s Day, February 19th. Somehow that seems appropriate. If you have a Strong’s Concordance, look up the world translated “calf.” It is number 5695 in Strong’s. It is the Hebrew word Egel, pronounced essentially, EAGLE. In the eyes of the people who decided to use the “American Eagle” as their national symbol, it was really the concept behind the Roman Eagle they were borrowing, and they made it palatable to the American public. But the real power brokers behind the scenes were well versed in the Cabalah, the mystical Jewish writings, and in their way of thinking the eagle was identified with, the golden calf, the “egel.”
Hence, America was ruled by the golden calf from its inception to its overthrow January 29th. Of course, at this time the overthrow has been done in the spiritual dimension only. I have no idea when it will manifest in the world. We do know, however, that the golden calf was the lawful basis for the Prince of Persia’s petition to enter America. We had to remove those lawful grounds January 29th in order to deny him the right to enter this country.

Recovery Leads to Near Death Experience at Ramapo Ridge Psychiatiric Hospital in Wykoff, New Jersey (U.S.A.)
A few years ago during an incident becoming seemingly common place in my life happening so often now. The local Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Department again had forced me physically into a psychiatric Hospital again; this time Chilton Hospital in Paquannock, NJ, USA.
I was in the emergency room once again, for seemingly no reason whatsoever after making another attempt reporting an incident for investigation to the local Bloomingdale, NJ Police mentioning issues effecting the entire world.
Anyway, this time Chilton Hospital forced me into a place called Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. They had me on medications dropping my blood pressure to 82 over 67 (i almost died). They continued to force me to take this medication for at least three weeks in which time they refused to release me.
I was not released for almost one month after arguing with the staff that there was nothing at all wrong with me. Each day my two regular psychiatrists called Ramapo Ridge Mental Hospital trying to get released. They refused and Ramapo Ridge told me I had to stand before a judge and court located in the bottom floor of the building to be released.
After three weeks I had to go downstairs and I actually stood before what seemed to be a “war crimes tribunal,” in lower level of the Ramapo Ridge .
I stood before a judge wearing a regular judicial long black robe and a line of attorney’s beseeching my release from the hospital.
I dont know to this day what this experience was about; i dread to tell you. Secret types of military tribunals right here operating in the USA by the CIA (?) Inquiring minds demand answers.

I will also add that now I am scared beyond belief to go to the emergency room at Chilton Hospital in Pomtpon Plains NJ. WHY (?)
Ever since the Bloomingdale, NJ police illegally forced me to continually go into the psychiatric ward at Chilton against my and my doctors will whenever I make a local police report when I feel my life is endangered,
when I am physically ill with the flu or something, I notice when I go to the Chilton Hospital emergency room, instead of taking my injury seriously, the doctors just ask me if I want to go into the psychiatric section upstairs, strongly suggesting I am being ”paranoid.” Instead of offering me good medical care.
I can never get nondiscriminatory emergency medical care at Chilton hospital without the hospital itself insisting that I am just being ”paranoid.” And they always call my psychiatrist whenever I go to their hospital even for the flu!
This has led to Arnold Stark my former professor advising me to always go to St Joseph’s Hospital in Wayne NJ instead which I do n ow.

Mysterious Spooks/ Spirits From My Past Scare Me At Ramapo Ridge Facility
This is the story while I was illegally detained at Ramapo Ridge facility in Wykoff NJ USA, a man comes in through the front door wearing a one piece janitor outfit and starts mopping for about 10 minutes .
He looked like one of my father’s former associates from way back in the day (I won’t say who now).
Anyway, he walked out of the men’s room and then tosses his mop aside and unzips his janitorial outfit revealing a pin striped sharp blue suit, grabs his briefcase behind the front desks and whisks himself out the front door saying goodbye to me.

Even writing about this experience in this blog to expose it causes me panics attacks I will have for the rest of my life.

When I refused to take the continuous lines of medications at Ramapo Ridge facility I knew that I was extemely allergic to they told me I needed an ”Attitude adjustment.”
This is when they took me into a solitary confinement room and put my arms and legs in straps on a horrible bed.
The injected me with the medication they told me I was ”going to get one way or another.”
For about 4-6 hours (it is difficult to kow I was drugged) the facility would not allow me a bedpan or to get up to the bathroom and told me to crap and piss all over msyelf and I could take a shower when my ”attitude is right.”
AFter I calmed down because I had no recourse, I was allowed to take a shower they bossed me around saying ”Go shower now Jill!”
I was absolutely tortured right there in NJ USA

Ramapo Ridge Sends Me Back To Chilton Hospital After My First Ambulatory Arrival And Drug Urine Test Fails
The first time Chilton sent me via ambulance to the Ramapo Ridge facility, the ambulance from Chilton dropped me off. The Ramapo Ridge facility gave me a urine test as soon as I arrived at the detention facility in Wykoff NJ USA.
The test was positive for a result because Ramapo Ridge sent me all the way back to Chilton by way of another ambulance at 3Am in the morning.
The Head Nurse told me “Jill you have to go back to Chilton Hospital because we have to wait for your urine test to clear from something or the other...) to the best of my memory which is VERY good as we know is a proven fact.
I was sent back to Chilton Hospital from Ramapo Ridge at about 3 am in the morning until a urine test that Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains NJ said that I was able to be transported back to Ramapo Ridge.
It must have been close to 4-5:30 am almost dawn when this occurred to me.
I will continue to release proof and details until the United States of America grants both Serbia and myself immediate monetary settlements for our troubles.
Serbia and Bonsia and Montenegro are due moneys because of illegal bombing of their countries and I am owed a sizable financial settlement as stated.
I ask President Obama to immediately work out an out of international court settlement at once before the news reports it right with MY TRANSLATION!

When the second time I arrived at Ramapo Ridge about 4 am in the morning after complaining that in my own views there was no reason to send me back and forth between hospitals in the middle of the night, the Ramapo Ridge facility told me to wait ina room with magazines and puzzles in it. I worked on a large jigsaw puzzle and heard the Head Nurse say to a man that looked like a CIA operative ”ENTER THIS TIME IN HER LOG.”

And again, both Ramapo Ridge and Chilton in Pompton Plains NJ both allowed former doctor Charlotte Piuck, my former psychiatrist whose license taken away by the New Jersey branch of American Medical Association, consult with Ramapo Ridge and Chilton doctors whom were licensed and they agrered with her behind the meddical desk to continue giuving me medications they all knew I had long hostories of being allergic to.
When I did get allergic reactions in Chilton and Ramapo Ridge BOTH FACILITIES REFUSED TO GIVE ME BENEDRYL TO COUNTER ACT TE ALLERGIC REACTION WHICH COULD HAV KILLED ME

In addition to being dragged off and illegally detained and imprisoned for over 2.5 weeks in Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Facility in Wykoff NJ by Bloomingdale, NJ Police Officials hoping to collect on information they are trying to get out of me ; they hope sharing in that pot of million dollar Euros on the Mladic & Karadzic arrest which is why they have abused me so here locally in NJ USA,
the facility at Ramapo Ridge came fully equipped with judges in long black robes and an entire courtroom with a row of high powered attorneys in high powered suits, for defendants for persons like myself demanding to be released when their regular doctors continued calling the facility to have the released; and, Ramapo Ridge refused.
Ramapo Ridge also drugged me on medications I had a long history of being allergic to against my will and kept keeping logs all day and night about “what Jill was rambling about now,”
I remember in my drugged state rambling about Osama bin Laden and some others things they were trying to force out of me about war crimes in Serbia and Bosnia. I almost died from the low blood pressures these drugs produced in me and I have Arnold Stark with me when they took my blood pressure and it was only like 62/90 (!) Arnold said “She could die!” to the facility doctors but they only forced me to take more medicines.
PRSIDENT OBAMA HAS DONE NOTHING FOR CHANGE! HE LIES AND COVERS THIS UP AND I STILL AWAIT SOME FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT FOR THIS TORTURE IN NJ USA. ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM THE UNITED NATIONS IN NYC

Bloomingdale Police arrested me under the pretense for “drugs,” but they searched illegally way outside the legal limits of their “search warrant” signed by local Judge Cluff (also serving in West Milford NJ and he knows Harry Shortway)...The search warrant itself never manifested any particular place in my home where I had drugs and/or not explicit what types of any drugs if any the local Bloomingdale NJ Police were looking for in my house and at what location in my house itself.
It was like I was served with a “Patriot Act Warrant” ANYTHING WAS LEGAL FOR THEM TO DO TO ME!
THE LOCAL DETECTIVE SEARCHED EVERYTHING THREATENING TO PUT ME IN OB/GYN STIRRUPS AND LOOK UP MY PRIVATES IF THEY COULD NOT FIND WHAT THEY WERE SEARCHING FOR IN MY HOUSE AND BODY. THEY STRIP SEARCHED ME WITH A FEMALE PATRON TOO IN TOWNHALL!

Legal scholars around the world are not asking why Radovan Karadzic cannot be granted enough time by the Hague’s Int’l Criminal Court to read his own transcripts for his own defense, and, have his legal briefs translated before his arraignments (?) so he can defend himself in the Hague’s highest court.
Why can’t he subeana Richard Holbrook as a witness to testify and others in his behalf possessing important and vital documentary evidence in acting in his own defense (?)
If a small court in Paterson New Jersey and local courts my own small New Jersey municipality can arrange such legal provisions, why won’t the Hague (?)
After all the Hague claims it does not have enough resources which is doubtful since it claims necessity to move gold and other international assets on court business unhindered through interstate borders.
The Hague’s highest court globally has just been exposed in one easy blog as as a genuine travesty of social equitable international justice in all cases in the Former Yugoslavia.

London, Aug. 1: Former Bosnian-Serb leader Radovan Karadzic has accused the United States of trying to assassinate him.
Appearing before a UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Karadzic, who is now known to his jailers as prisoner number 38, informed Dutch judge Alphons Orie that Richard Holbrooke, the former United States Assistant Secretary of State, had granted him immunity as part of a wider Bosnia peace deal agreed in 1995.
“My commitment was to withdraw even from literary life and all sorts of public life,” he said.
How else can Karadzic or anyone else sitting at the Hague’s highest court get fair trials in this matter (?)

Intelligence Office Sources also confirm that Ratko Mladic’s life is also in grave danger and it is in his best interest to remain at all costs away from the Hague until a full investigation is completed in the death of Slobodan Milosevic as well.
Sources confirm that a mryiad of local NJ doctors knowingly put Jill Starr on enough combination drugs to overdose herself knowing she was suicidal and depressed at that time.

The Instablog.Com website administration today stated on my blog account, I am no longer authorized to submit articles for some unknown reason. I surmise the reason may be I’m submitting too many articles at once. Hence, I opened an additional account just so I could post this follow up comment on my previously written article entitled, Comparing West Milford Detectives in New Jersey to the Treatment Received By Karadzic and Mladic in Serbia.
Please read it.
It is an extremely important legal case I am submitting to the Hague Court in the Netherlands as an individual complainant from here in the United States of America. I hope it will set an international precedent even in America people are abused by government officers.
I am fully convinced after almost a decade of asking the legal governmental authorities at local, state and federal levels here in the United States of America to arrest and try Detective Harry Shortway and his Sgt. Laughlin in a court of law in America for attempting to murder me and moreover physically and emotionally torturing me and my family in 1990/1991,
it is clear,
the United States of America is either unwilling OR incapable of taking the bold moral measures to arrest Harry Shortway and associates giving him a fair trial here in America similarly to what American diplomats such as Hillary Clinton accuse Serbia of not submitting General Mladic to the Hague for trial.
Hypocritical America, don’t you agree (?)
This makes a mockery of genuine ideals insofar as human rights in America while manifesting extremely gross violations of human rights against me as well as attempted genocide committed against me by Harry Shortway (on account of allegedly wanting to kill me because I derive from a Jewish family background and was then married to a black on account of his fascist affiliations with the National Alliance KKK group). These crimes against me occurred only thirty minutes away from the United Nations Security Council in Manhattan; I, Jill Starr am an American citizen and previously wrote the UN about this in the early 1990s.
All together now let’s remember the crime of ‘genocide’ in and of itself, can be the attempt to kill one OR thousands of members of any ethnic, religious group.

Recovery Leads to Near Death Experience at Ramapo Ridge Psychiatiric Hospital in Wykoff, New Jersey (U.S.A.)
A few years ago during an incident becoming seemingly common place in my life happening so often now. The local Bloomingdale New Jersey Police Department again had forced me physically into a psychiatric Hospital again; this time Chilton Hospital in Paquannock, NJ, USA.
I was in the emergency room once again, for seemingly no reason whatsoever after making another attempt reporting an incident for investigation to the local Bloomingdale, NJ Police mentioning issues effecting the entire world.
Anyway, this time Chilton Hospital forced me into a place called Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. They had me on medications dropping my blood pressure to 82 over 67 (i almost died). They continued to force me to take this medication for at least three weeks in which time they refused to release me.
I was not released for almost one month after arguing with the staff that there was nothing at all wrong with me. Each day my two regular psychiatrists called Ramapo Ridge Mental Hospital trying to get released. They refused and Ramapo Ridge told me I had to stand before a judge and court located in the bottom floor of the building to be released.
After three weeks I had to go downstairs and I actually stood before what seemed to be a “war crimes tribunal,” in lower level of the Ramapo Ridge .
I stood before a judge wearing a regular judicial long black robe and a line of attorney’s beseeching my release from the hospital.
I dont know to this day what this experience was about; i dread to tell you. Secret types of military tribunals right here operating in the USA by the CIA (?) Inquiring minds demand answers.

I can never get nondiscriminatory emergency medical care at Chilton hospital without the hospital itself insisting that I am just being ”paranoid.” And they always call my psychiatrist whenever I go to their hospital even for the flu!
This has led to Arnold Stark my former professor advising me to always go to St Joseph’s Hospital in Wayne NJ instead which I do n ow.

I grew up traveling the world with my parents at age 7. I remember being on the island of Java in 1970/71 going swimming in the pool at Hotel InterContinentel surrounded by armed soldiers; and, and flying over Vietnam and my father pointing out "look Jill we are flying over Vietnam now..." with my Mom. The interesting thing was no commercial airlines flew over Vietnam unti. about one decade ago and certainly not in the 1970s. This is the story while I was illegally detained at Ramapo Ridge facility in Wykoff NJ USA, a man comes in through the front door wearing a one piece janitor outfit and starts mopping for about 10 minutes .
He looked like one of my father’s former associates from way back in the day (I won’t say who now).
Anyway, he walked out of the men’s room and then tosses his mop aside and unzips his janitorial outfit revealing a pin striped sharp blue suit, grabs his briefcase behind the front desks and whisks himself out the front door saying goodbye to me.

Even writing about this experience in this blog to expose it causes me panics attacks I will have for the rest of my life.

When I refused to take the continuous lines of medications at Ramapo Ridge facility I knew that I was extemely allergic to they told me I needed an ”Attitude adjustment.”
This is when they took me into a solitary confinement room and put my arms and legs in straps on a horrible bed.
The injected me with the medication they told me I was ”going to get one way or another.”
For about 4-6 hours (it is difficult to kow I was drugged) the facility would not allow me a bedpan or to get up to the bathroom and told me to crap and piss all over msyelf and I could take a shower when my ”attitude is right.”

Ramapo Ridge Sends Me Back To Chilton Hospital After My First Ambulatory Arrival And Drug Urine Test Fails
The first time Chilton sent me via ambulance to the Ramapo Ridge facility, the ambulance from Chilton dropped me off. The Ramapo Ridge facility gave me a urine test as soon as I arrived at the detention facility in Wykoff NJ USA.
The test was positive for a result because Ramapo Ridge sent me all the way back to Chilton by way of another ambulance at 3Am in the morning.
The Head Nurse told me “Jill you have to go back to Chilton Hospital because we have to wait for your urine test to clear from something or the other...) to the best of my memory which is VERY good as we know is a proven fact.
I was sent back to Chilton Hospital from Ramapo Ridge at about 3 am in the morning until a urine test that Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains NJ said that I was able to be transported back to Ramapo Ridge.
It must have been close to 4-5:30 am almost dawn when this occurred to me.
I will continue to release proof and details until the United States of America grants both Serbia and myself immediate monetary settlements for our troubles.
Serbia and Bonsia and Montenegro are due moneys because of illegal bombing of their countries and I am owed a sizable financial settlement as stated.
I ask President Obama to immediately work out an out of international court settlement at once before the news reports it right with MY TRANSLATION!

When the second time I arrived at Ramapo Ridge about 4 am in the morning after complaining that in my own views there was no reason to send me back and forth between hospitals in the middle of the night, the Ramapo Ridge facility told me to wait ina room with magazines and puzzles in it. I worked on a large jigsaw puzzle and heard the Head Nurse say to a man that looked like a CIA operative ”ENTER THIS TIME IN HER LOG.”

And again, both Ramapo Ridge and Chilton in Pompton Plains NJ both allowed former doctor Charlotte Piuck, my former psychiatrist whose license taken away by the New Jersey branch of American Medical Association, consult with Ramapo Ridge and Chilton doctors whom were licensed and they agrered with her behind the meddical desk to continue giuving me medications they all knew I had long hostories of being allergic to.
When I did get allergic reactions in Chilton and Ramapo Ridge BOTH FACILITIES REFUSED TO GIVE ME BENEDRYL TO COUNTER ACT TE ALLERGIC REACTION WHICH COULD HAV KILLED ME

the facility at Ramapo Ridge came fully equipped with judges in long black robes and an entire courtroom with a row of high powered attorneys in high powered suits, for defendants for persons like myself demanding to be released when their regular doctors continued calling the facility to have the released; and, Ramapo Ridge refused.
Ramapo Ridge also drugged me on medications I had a long history of being allergic to against my will and kept keeping logs all day and night about “what Jill was rambling about now,”
I remember in my drugged state rambling about Osama bin Laden and some others things they were trying to force out of me about war crimes in Serbia and Bosnia. I almost died from the low blood pressures these drugs produced in me and I have Arnold Stark with me when they took my blood pressure and it was only like 62/90 (!) Arnold said “She could die!” to the facility doctors but they only forced me to take more medicines.
PRSIDENT OBAMA HAS DONE NOTHING FOR CHANGE! HE LIES AND COVERS THIS UP AND I STILL AWAIT SOME FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT FOR THIS TORTURE IN NJ USA. ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM THE UNITED NATIONS IN NYC

Bloomingdale Police arrested me under the pretense for “drugs,” but they searched illegally way outside the legal limits of their “search warrant” signed by local Judge Cluff (also serving in West Milford NJ and he knows Harry Shortway)...The search warrant itself never manifested any particular place in my home where I had drugs and/or not explicit what types of any drugs if any the local Bloomingdale NJ Police were looking for in my house and at what location in my house itself.
It was like I was served with a “Patriot Act Warrant” ANYTHING WAS LEGAL FOR THEM TO DO TO ME!
THE LOCAL DETECTIVE SEARCHED EVERYTHING THREATENING TO PUT ME IN OB/GYN STIRRUPS AND LOOK UP MY PRIVATES IF THEY COULD NOT FIND WHAT THEY WERE SEARCHING FOR IN MY HOUSE AND BODY. THEY STRIP SEARCHED ME WITH A FEMALE PATRON TOO IN TOWNHALL!
I DEMAND IMMEDIATE ARRESTS OF CERTAIN LOCAL BLOOMINGDALE POLICE INVOLVED IN MY TORTURE AND ABUSE, PRESIDENT OBAMA NOW!

Legal scholars around the world are not asking why Radovan Karadzic cannot be granted enough time by the Hague’s Int’l Criminal Court to read his own transcripts for his own defense, and, have his legal briefs translated before his arraignments (?) so he can defend himself in the Hague’s highest court.
Why can’t he subeana Richard Holbrook as a witness to testify and others in his behalf possessing important and vital documentary evidence in acting in his own defense (?)
If a small court in Paterson New Jersey and local courts my own small New Jersey municipality can arrange such legal provisions, why won’t the Hague (?)
After all the Hague claims it does not have enough resources which is doubtful since it claims necessity to move gold and other international assets on court business unhindered through interstate borders.

London, Aug. 1: Former Bosnian-Serb leader Radovan Karadzic has accused the United States of trying to assassinate him.
Appearing before a UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Karadzic, who is now known to his jailers as prisoner number 38, informed Dutch judge Alphons Orie that Richard Holbrooke, the former United States Assistant Secretary of State, had granted him immunity as part of a wider Bosnia peace deal agreed in 1995.
“My commitment was to withdraw even from literary life and all sorts of public life,” he said.
How else can Karadzic or anyone else sitting at the Hague’s highest court get fair trials in this matter (?)

Intelligence Office Sources also confirm that Ratko Mladic’s life is also in grave danger and it is in his best interest to remain at all costs away from the Hague until a full investigation is completed in the death of Slobodan Milosevic as well.
Sources confirm that a mryiad of local NJ doctors knowingly put Jill Starr on enough combination drugs to overdose herself knowing she was suicidal and depressed at that time.

The Instablog.Com website administration today stated on my blog account, I am no longer authorized to submit articles for some unknown reason. I surmise the reason may be I’m submitting too many articles at once. Hence, I opened an additional account just so I could post this follow up comment on my previously written article entitled, Comparing West Milford Detectives in New Jersey to the Treatment Received By Karadzic and Mladic in Serbia.
Please read it.
It is an extremely important legal case I am submitting to the Hague Court in the Netherlands as an individual complainant from here in the United States of America. I hope it will set an international precedent even in America people are abused by government officers.
I am fully convinced after almost a decade of asking the legal governmental authorities at local, state and federal levels here in the United States of America to arrest and try Detective Harry Shortway and his Sgt. Laughlin in a court of law in America for attempting to murder me and moreover physically and emotionally torturing me and my family in 1990/1991,
it is clear,
the United States of America is either unwilling OR incapable of taking the bold moral measures to arrest Harry Shortway and associates giving him a fair trial here in America similarly to what American diplomats such as Hillary Clinton accuse Serbia of not submitting General Mladic to the Hague for trial.
Hypocritical America, don’t you agree (?)
This makes a mockery of genuine ideals insofar as human rights in America while manifesting extremely gross violations of human rights against me as well as attempted genocide committed against me by Harry Shortway (on account of allegedly wanting to kill me because I derive from a Jewish family background and was then married to a black on account of his fascist affiliations with the National Alliance KKK group). These crimes against me occurred only thirty minutes away from the United Nations Security Council in Manhattan; I, Jill Starr am an American citizen and previously wrote the UN about this in the early 1990s.
All together now let’s remember the crime of ‘genocide’ in and of itself, can be the attempt to kill one OR thousands of members of any ethnic, religious group.

It as more like a living and/or conference setting and seems to me now to be more like a private yacht. I have never really been on one before but it reminded me of photos I’ve seen of the interior of Onassis’s yachts.
I felt many times more safer sitting with General Ratko Mladic Than I Do Sitting At Home In My Apartment In Bloomingdale, NJ US!
Although it may sound foreign to many here in America, I would feel safer having the Serbian Army as my bodyguards here at my house in Bloomingdale, NJ where I rent a small apartment to protect me from the local townships’ corrupt law enforcement officials and if I had teh finances I hire a few.
